We will maintain and service the lifts for the agreed period and will take care of the following:
Servicing of the lifts, once a month, which will include cleaning and lubrication of all moving parts, tightening of all electrical connections, checking and adjustment of floor selectors & safety gadgets.Breakdowns will be attended as and when required. Cost of Replacement parts will be charged extra. |

Cost of Replacement parts will be free excepting motor, gearbox, rope, cage, control panel, VVVF drive, Friction sheave, Guide rails, Door Operator unit & door panels (in case of auto door). |

| We will check the lifts one time only and suggest rectification/ repairs as Per the visit (chargeable)report of experts. Visit charge will be adjusted in the event repair order is placed with us. |

| We will place permanent personnel at your premises for operation as well as maintenance of lifts. Any of the above maintenance products can be offered in this category of contract. |
